Heavy Duty Non-Locking Rural mailbox, made entirely of aluminum, U.S.P.S. approved heavy duty rural mailboxes features a 1/8” thick extruded aluminum body with a 1/8” thick die cast aluminum front door and rear cover. Heavy duty rural mailboxes also feature a durable powder coated finish available in four (4) contemporary colors and include an adjustable red signal flag and a strong magnetic door catch. The die cast door is attached to the body with a full-width stainless steel hinge allowing for smooth operation. Heavy duty rural mailboxes can be mounted on standard, classic, decorative or deluxe mailbox posts (see related items) or a base of your choice. Multiple heavy duty rural mailboxes may be mounted on classic 2-sided posts (#4892), deluxe 2-sided posts for two (2) mailboxes (#4872), deluxe 2-sided posts for four (4) mailboxes (#4874) or on standard posts using optional spreaders (related items #4882, #4883 and #4884).
