Shipping Terms:

Unless otherwise specified, our prices do not include freight. All freight is prepaid and most items are shipped via FedEx. Please note that some goods can not be shipped via FedEx due to their size or configuration, and a carrier specializing in such items is the means of delivery. All truck deliveries are made curbside and are not an inside delivery. Inside delivery can be requested at an additional cost. If you do not request this at the time of order and insist on the carrier delivering inside you will be charged for the additional delivery fee.

Delivery:

Most products are shipped within 24 hours of order. Large quantity and custom orders may have longer lead times and may be drop shipped from various warehouses. Within 10 working days after receipt of order, we will provide via email a scheduled shipping date for all custom and large quantity orders. We cannot guarantee exact shipping dates due to possible material shortages, accidents, strikes, government regulations and other factors beyond our control. Once the orders have shipped, they are the property of the purchaser. Before signing for your order, please note on the freight bill any possible damage to file a freight claim. Once the bill of lading has been signed and damage was not listed, it is likely you have waived your rights to file a freight claim. It is our recommendation that you sign all bills of lading “Subject to Inspection”. This will help preserve your freight claim rights. Each carrier has different times before which a freight claim must be filed. Report all damage as soon as possible. Please note: All original packaging including outer carton, inner packaging, corner guards, etc., must be retained to file a freight claim. Without this the carrier will deny the claim.

Return Goods:

No goods will be accepted by our Receiving Department without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All items shipped to us without an RGA number displayed on the outside packaging will be refused. You must first apply for an RGA with our Customer Service department within 15 days of delivery. Returned goods are not accepted beyond 15 days from the date of delivery. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping costs back to us (including items originally shipped with “Free Shipping”). Custom and special orders may not be returned. CBUs may not be returned. Returned goods must be shipped via UPS or FedEx only (not US Mail) freight prepaid and must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. If the goods are not returned in original packaging and in saleable condition, the return may be denied.
